"Journey On" Relaxation Exercise

I truly enjoyed the Journey On relaxation exercise. I found the gentlemen's voice very calming and the background music to be soothing. I put myself in a relaxed position and began following his direction. I was amazed at how relaxed my entire body became during the exercise. It began with diverting the blood flow from my gi tract to my arms and hands. My arms and hands, to my amazement, became very warm and heavy. I couldn't believe that just by thinking it, it would happen. My eyes became heavy and I felt as if I was going to fall asleep. As I continued to follow his direction, I brought myself back to an energized state. The mind is truly powerful and it should be utilized in a way to promote complete health, happiness and wholeness.
